Experience
Prior to law school, Victor worked as a management consultant in the financial services industry with Ernst & Young. After law school, Victor because a business litigator handling complex business disputes. After successfully winning for his clients, many of whom are founders, Victor worked with them on transactional issues including capital raise and token launches. This forms the basis of Look Law today.
Cases
Among notable cases, Look Law has helped launch a utility token used in the Cannabis industry; a rewards token for a independent studio and film fund, an agency for minting Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs); and a token-gated NFT launch studio.
